What can I do from the WoodFlow EUDR home screen?

The WoodFlow EUDR Home screen has tiles to add orders, suppliers and their forests, buyers and products, and to provide missing evidence.

The Home screen is where WoodFlow EUDR starts. It greets you with Welcome and your organisation's name, shows WoodFlow EUDR, powered by OriginsNext. and asks What would you like to do today? Below that are tiles for the main jobs: managing orders and their EUDR reports (EUDR is the EU Deforestation Regulation), suppliers and their forests, buyers, missing evidence and products. The tiles are shortcuts into the same OriginsNext screens you can also reach from the left menu.

The Home tiles

Each tile describes what it covers. Click a tile to open the matching list, or click its button to add something new straight away:

Manage orders and EUDR reports

The timber you are shipping to buyers: your Orders and the EUDR reports generated from them.

Add order opens the new Order form.

Manage suppliers and their forests

The organisations you source timber from, and the sites it comes from. The tile opens the Participants list filtered to suppliers.

Add supplier opens the Add participant drawer, set up for a supplier.

Manage buyers

The organisations you sell and ship to. The tile opens the Participants list filtered to buyers.

Add buyer opens the Add participant drawer, set up for a buyer.

Provide missing evidence

A count of the evidence your ecosystem asks for that has not been provided yet, for example 174 evidences across 5 organisations.

Click the tile to open the Participants list. From there, open a participant or Location and use its Required evidence tab.

Manage products

The timber products you trade.

Add product adds a timber product you trade.

On the Required evidence tab of each participant and Location, you provide missing evidence item by item: each item has a Provide button that opens a pre-filled evidence form.

The map

Below the tiles, a map shows your Orders or your Products. Use the switch on the map to change between them, and zoom in, zoom out or switch to the satellite map style to look more closely.

A typical path through an EUDR order

The tiles follow the usual order of work for a timber shipment:

  1. Add your suppliers and their forests, with each forest's boundary.

  2. Add your EU buyers and their contacts.

  3. Provide the evidence your ecosystem asks for from your organisation, your suppliers and their forests.

  4. Add an order for the shipment, then allocate the timber that fulfils it.

  5. Work through the requirements on the Order's Compliance tab and generate the EUDR report.

  6. Share the Order and its report with your buyer on the platform.

Note: Everything on the Home screen is also in the left menu: Ecosystem Registries, Product Traceability, Order Compliance, Evidence Tracking and Alerts. Click Home to come back to the tiles.
